Happiness...

What is the true meaning of happiness? when is a person really happy? and how to achieve such state?
These are the questions we all want the answers to, but noone knows these secrets...
I found out that happiness is only a state of mind..no matter how much you have physical thing, whether it's your appearance or money or people around you.. the most important thing is to be satisfied by them.. You can be a poor ugly lonely person and still be happier than a lot of people..
Humans aren't satisfied and many think that depression is cool and feeling pain is more important than happiness, or at least they live by that.
I think that appreciating every single thing you have and every single nice moment that happens with you is what makes you happy. And the most important thing is to surround yourself by people that you feel comfortable with, and with whom you can act as yourself.
Acting or pretending is the biggest reason of depression, when someone has two faces and acts differently than what he feels, that is the problem! Also lying and low self confidence can lead to depression.
Everyone should be happy :) and as they say: smile and life will smile back at you, and that's true, if you keep smiling you will eventually become happy:)
and don't focus on the bad parts!If you focus on bad thing you will end up forgetting the good ones, and making everyone around you focus on the negatives too!
By the way I've noticed that when a person is himself and acts freely and is happy, he attracts other positive persons to him, so life keeps getting better anf better for the happy person :)
