Homemade Lebanese frappe :D

Tired of paying 8000L.L for a frappe at Dunkin or MacDonald’s? Well there’s a cheap easy way to make homemade frappe! You just have to buy the frappe tool available at Spinneys (costs 10 000L.L).

In a long cup put 2 teaspoons of Nescafe, and 2 teaspoons of sugar and about 2 cm of water.

Stir them with the tool and you’ll start to see the foam going up :), then do an up down slow movement with the tool till you get the amount of foam you want. Add some milk and ice cubes and start sipping with a straw!

Bon appetite!

P.S: for all you Nescafe junkies, this is a great way to get your necessary daily dose of Nescafe in a cool refreshing way.
